Winter French Dinner Cooking Workshop | Tartiflette

Join us for our Winter French Dinner cooking workshops. Our January workship is on Jan. 9th and our March workshop will be on March 13th. **We just added a class for February 6th*** See below for workshop details: 

 

Workshop time: 5-8pm

Introduction & kitchen safety - 5-5:30pm

Dinner preparation/cooking lesson - 5:30-7pm

Dinner around the community table - 7-8pm

Menu: French Onion Soup, Tartiflette, Vin Chaud, Tarte Tatin 

Chef: Zac Vangorder

 

All supplies and materials are provided by us! Just bring yourself & your appetite. This is a great class for all cooking levels. Wine is available for purchase during the dinner portion of the evening. 

 

Participants will be asked to sign a waiver at the start of class. 

This workshop is for participants age 18+. 

Please make note of any allergies in the notes!

 

Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 1 week in advance. Tickets cancelled less than 1 week in advance are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend or family member!
